Development:
Activities involve Design and development of a scalable backend architecture for optimized data processing and delivery, Fine-tuning of LLMs using QLoRA and quantization, implementation of time-aware RAG with hybrid search, development of APIs for chunking, embeddings, and intelligent search, ETL workflow automation using Airflow and GPUs, and creation of interactive email templates with AI-generated summaries and enhanced UI/UX.

Infrastructure:

Worked with US based start-up company for their Observability solution that empowers ITOps / DevOps team to predict performance degradation and pinpoint its cause in modern, complex applications.

This required us to develop good understanding of Kubernetes and also various technologies used in complex applications like Databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, CosmoDB, Cassandra, ..), Network (NGINX, ELB, API Management Gateway, WSO2, Public IP, ..), Cache (Redis), Queue (Kafka), Azure Logic Apps, etc.
Work involved understanding Architectural aspects, Analysis, Object modeling, Identification of key Metrics, generating Metric mapper, identification of Logs / Events, identification of Primary-Secondary metrics (for AI/ML modeling), Alerts, writing Query expressions, writing dashboard specifications, and testing.
